Since 2001, over $400,000 has been awarded in grants that benefit our students and classrooms directly.  Our grants support all disciplines - from providing new tools for science instruction and reading to making new investments in technology - any idea that provides support for student success is welcome.

For example, one initiative over the past several years in the North Gwinnett Cluster has been a focus on Advanced Placement. The Foundation has supported this initiative, as it impacts every student in the cluster. The result is vertical teaming in core areas for all grade levels K-12. These teams have provided opportunities to form curriculum alignment, a common language, and collaborative relationships among teachers at all levels.

Grant applications are due at the end of September and are awarded in November.
